Dr. Luke Miller

Dr. Luke Miller, PT, DPT, ATC
Founder

He completed his DPT from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. Prior to his completion of his doctorate he was a practicing Athletic Trainer at the renowned Champion Sports Medicine under the tutelage of world class clinicians Dr. James Andrews and Dr. Kevin Wilk.

Along with being a co-owner of PSPT, Dr. Miller currently serves as the private Physical Therapist for All-Pro Dallas Cowboys Quarterback Dak Prescott, which have seen some of his most successful seasons during this time. Dr. Miller has worked with elite level athletes spanning the NBA, MLB, NCAA, WWE as well as currently the private physical therapist for Dallas Cowboys QB Dak Prescott. 

In addition to his direct work with athletes, Dr. Miller continues to consult with numerous professional teams and collegiate affiliations, while serving on the medical boards of several companies and medical device organizations. He strives to provide the same level of holistic and individualized care to all his patients.

His goal is to help those he works with return to their optimal selves, reminding them that there is an athlete inside everyone.

With over a decade of experience in professional sports, Nick Andreas brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the field of physical therapy. A graduate of the world-renowned Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, Nick began his journey in physical therapy with a strong foundation in clinical excellence. Following his graduation, he pursued a sports physical therapy residency at UT Southwestern, where he had the unique opportunity to work directly in the Dallas Stars Training Room, refining his skills in athlete rehabilitation and performance optimization.

Nick has spent ten transformative years with the Dallas Stars Hockey Club, where he developed a deep understanding of the demands of high-level athletics. Throughout his career, he has had the privilege of working with a diverse range of athletes across multiple sports, including NFL, NBA, MLB, and MLS players, in addition to elite high school competitors and seasoned professionals. His extensive experience allows him to provide tailored care that meets the unique needs of each athlete.

Specializing in hip disorders, Nick has collaborated closely with leading hip surgeons to create comprehensive postoperative protocols that enhance recovery and improve outcomes. His passion lies in bridging the gap between rehabilitation and performance, empowering athletes to return to their sport stronger and more resilient than ever.

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Deante brings a wealth of experience from his accomplished career in both collegiate and professional sports, positioning him as an ideal leader for the role of Chief Operating Officer at PSPT, an elite physical therapy and performance clinic. As a former NFL cornerback, Deante played for renowned teams such as the Atlanta Falcons, \ Houston Texans, and Dallas Cowboys.

 His work ethic and resilience are well-documented, rising from an undrafted free agent to contributing across several NFL rosters. Deante’s experience at the highest levels of professional sports gives him a unique perspective on performance optimization, team dynamics, and operational excellence.

In his role as COO at PSPT, Deante leverages his background in elite athletics to drive innovation, efficiency, and culture within the clinic. His ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, foster collaboration, and create athlete-centered solutions makes him an asset to the clinic’s mission of becoming the premier holistic care facility for athletes. Deante’s commitment to excellence mirrors PSPT’s dedication to delivering cutting-edge, personalized care that maximizes client outcomes.

Jonathan Carpenter

Jonathan Carpenter, born and raised in Hernando, Mississippi, graduated from the University of Memphis in 2015 with a degree in Exercise and Sport Sciences. He is a NASM-certified trainer with experience working with clients ranging from youth to professionals in the NBA, NFL, MLB, golf, NHL, and MLS.

Jonathan is passionate about helping individuals reach their fitness goals, whether it’s building strength, improving athleticism, or leading a healthier lifestyle. He credits his success to his faith in Jesus and feels blessed to follow his calling to serve others through training.

Christian “Rock” Van Buren is a distinguished Sports Performance Coach dedicated to optimizing elite athletic potential. With a passion for sports ignited at an early age, Rock’s journey began as a standout defensive back at Pineville High School, where he gained national recognition and invites to showcases like the U.S. Army All-American Combine. Despite facing a significant setback from a season-ending knee injury his, he persevered, ultimately contributing to the success of Northwestern State University and later Arkansas Tech University.

In 2018, after an inspiring Pro Day and Combine prep with the renowned Ryan Clark and Coach Mo Wells, Rock shifted his focus to sports performance coaching. He began his career as an intern at Colorado State University, where he honed his skills and quickly rose to prominence. As the owner and operator of RockOfficial Sports Performance, he has trained over 200 elite athletes, including NFL stars like Ja’Marr Chase, Ezekiel Elliott, Will Anderson, and Devon Witherspoon, as well as MLB players Rougned Odor and Nick Heath. He also has worked with Memphis Grizzlies’ GG Jackson in addition to MLS and National Team Goalkeepers Carlos Acevado and Nicho Hagen. He has also broken ground within the professional softball community working with Jocelyn Alo, Nicole Mendes, Alicia Peters, Ana Bruni, Mariah Maizon and Aliyah Andrews, and many other athletes across multiple sports disciplines.

Rock’s coaching credentials include tenures at Colorado State, Northwestern State University, D1 Training-Ascension, and EXOS-Frisco. His impact is reflected in a remarkable list of accomplishments: he has trained 66 NFL draft picks (8 first-round selections), 6 MLB/MiLB athletes, numerous champions in track and field.

A sought-after voice in the sports community, Rock has contributed as a panelist for the Denver Broncos Alumni, participated in NFLPA rep meetings, and collaborated with Adidas administering sports performance profiling and data comprehension. His commitment to excellence and athlete development positions him as a leading figure in the world of sports performance coaching.

Mary Felton

Mary Felton PT, DPT

Mary completed her doctorate in Physical Therapy from UMHB and has a passion for helping athletes perform at their highest potential. Prior to completing her doctorate, she worked alongside learning from Dr. Nick Andreas and Dr. Luke Miller, treating elite-level and professional athletes.

During her clinical education, Mary completed rotations at two outpatient sports orthopedic clinics—one in the DMV area and another in Dallas. With experience spanning from active individuals to high-level professionals, she brings a deep understanding of the unique demands each sport presents. Mary customizes every program to meet the specific needs of the athlete and the performance standards required for their sport.

Dr. Brett Sandy is a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from University of North Texas Health Science Center. Since achieving his degree, Brett has embraced the opportunities ahead to direct and grow four separate physical therapy clinics, and partner in one of those. A vast business experience of designing a clinic, operationally growing a clinic to multiple therapists, and while connecting with medical providers throughout the area. Brett has a passion for sports physical therapy as he covers the sidelines for multiple local high schools, explores new research and strives to be a leader in Sports Medicine.

His main school he has been invested in is Celina High School where he lives and loves to give back to his community. He has an extensive background in Dry Needling, Pain Science, Strength and Conditioning, Emergency Medicine for the Athlete, Blood Flow Restriction Training, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, and Manipulative therapy techniques. He stays up to date on the up and coming research being a reviewer for IJSPT. Enjoys applying all aspects of care from the physical to the mental to controlling the emotional side in his sessions.

Dr. Sandy has extensive experience with athletes from NFL, NBA, MLB, olympians, PGA/Korn Ferry professional golfers, Ironman triathletes and elite college soccer and high school athletes trying to make their dreams come true. His true passion is helping his athletes achieve the goals they want and help them stay in these dreams as long as possible.

Outside of the profession, Dr. Sandy is an endurance athlete, Ironman triathlete and Ultra Marathoner. Willing to explore any fitness event that poses a challenge to Hyrox, marathon, triathlon, and whatever is thrown his way, if he is not training, he is spending time with his wife Gabrielle and his three daughters Aria, Claire, Eliza or his pup Teddy Roosevelt.

Dr. Pratik Soni

Dr. Pratik Soni PT, DPT, DC

Dr. Pratik Soni, PT, DPT, DC is a physical therapist and chiropractor specializing in sports rehabilitation, injury prevention, and return-to-sport care. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Parker University and his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from South College, with additional training in Sports Science and Rehabilitation through Logan University.

He has treated countless patients ranging from youth athletes to professionals and has served as a team provider for organizations including the Dallas Wings (WNBA) and Panther City Lacrosse Club (PLL).

Dr. Soni takes a hands-on, evidence-based approach that combines physical therapy, chiropractic care, and strength and conditioning principles. His expertise includes manual therapy, movement assessment, post-operative rehab, and auto injury care.

He focuses on identifying root causes of dysfunction and helping patients return to optimal performance, function, and long-term health.
